Welcome in the Autumn Equinox with a slow flow yoga asana practice & meditation followed by a collective tarot reading for insight, wisdom & guidance for the month.

This month’s cosmic coven event is a special one as it marks  the  end of summer & our entry into autumn. The time where Persephone leaves the land of the living behind to spend the next 6 months in her role as Queen of the Underworld with Hades by her side.

Join me for yoga, meditation & tarot inspired by Persephone, designed to ease your transition into the darker months, maybe even the darker side of yourself.

We’ll begin with some information on Libra & some Persephone lore to understand how this energy manifests, how it relates to us & how we can integrate it into the month ahead.

Then we’ll move on to our Libra & Persephone inspired yoga practice to cultivate balance & harmony while embracing all parts of ourselves. This class is suitable for all levels as we focus on feeling good, connecting to ourselves & connecting to the Cosmos.

After yoga & meditation we’ll move on to our collective tarot reading, - feel free to request topics/themes/life areas you’d like to be covered.
